Role Overview

The Field Enrollment Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The main responsibility is to promote Enlace’s education support programs to parents, families, and educational institutions. The role involves regular visits to field locations, establishing and maintaining partnerships with schools, and delivering presentations to potential clients and collaborators.

Key Duties

• Identify and pursue new enrollment and sales opportunities through structured outreach and lead management.
• Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, families, and community partners.
• Provide clear, accurate information about program offerings and assist families through the enrollment process.
• Prepare sales materials, track field activities and outcomes, and report market feedback to enhance strategy and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or business development within education or service industries.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, including confident public speaking to diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to coordinate visits, handle multiple leads, and meet sales targets.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Accra and travel locally for site visits, events, and community relations.
• Competency in basic digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, and lead tracking/CRM systems.
• Familiarity with educational programs, student support services, and community outreach is advantageous.
• Post-secondary education in marketing or related fields, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience with insurance sales is considered a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings, and committed to inclusive and non-discriminatory practices.
