Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fast Food Assistant for our Centra store located in Headford Town, County Galway, approximately 16 miles from Galway city. This full-time position involves preparing new fast food counter items and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Core Responsibilities

Uphold Centra's brand values: be Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Focused.
Prepare and cook customer food orders throughout the day, maintaining high quality standards.
Keep the fast food counter displays neat and appealing from midday through the evening.
Engage with customers by providing knowledgeable food recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, following store policies.

Candidate Profile

At least one year of experience working in a fast food environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
An ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy team setting.
Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
HACCP food safety training is a plus but not mandatory.
