Fashion Designer / Merchandiser

Role Overview

This position focuses on creating innovative designs and curating collections specifically for ethnic women's apparel, ensuring alignment with current fashion trends and cultural aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop new designs and collections tailored to ethnic ladies' wear.
• Maintain precise and detailed design documentation, including tech packs.
• Oversee production processes, monitoring progress and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills while proactively managing tasks.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Comprehensive understanding of various fabrics, color palettes, prints, and embroidery techniques.
• Accurate interpretation and preparation of design specifications and technical packs.
• Experience with production coordination and order management workflows.

Salary Details

Compensation offered ranges from 10,000 to 30,000 INR per month depending on experience and qualifications.
