Role Overview
The Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group is tasked with meeting individual and store-wide sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role plays a key part in supporting CRM and customer experience initiatives in-store to strengthen client relationships within an omnichannel framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer behavior data, track top-selling and slow-moving products to inform business reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships leveraging omnichannel sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to buying teams regarding product preferences and market trends.
- Enhance employee engagement scores by supporting a positive people experience and inclusive culture.
- Comply with Visual Merchandising standards and store operating procedures.
- Manage timely processing of click-and-collect orders in line with service agreements.
- Ensure accurate capture of customer data for marketing and loyalty programs.
- Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay informed of app features and promotions.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store marketing events and brand activations.
- Keep updated with brand social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive sales conversion and inventory turnaround within the store.
- Support ongoing customer experience improvements and share feedback on operational effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within luxury fashion brands.
- Proficiency in English at intermediate to fluent levels.
