Role Summary
This opening is for a Facebook Ads Specialist at the Surat office. The role is best suited for someone with hands-on media buying experience for e-commerce brands and a strong focus on improving return on ad spend and scaling campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and fine-tune Facebook advertising campaigns for e-commerce clients.
- Test different creatives and audience approaches through A/B experiments.
- Track campaign metrics closely and make strategy changes to support KPI targets.
- Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad assets and messaging.
- Review campaign data and turn findings into actionable improvement ideas.
- Keep up with current Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing Facebook Ads, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- Proven ability to generate strong ROAS and scale campaigns successfully.
- Comfortable using Facebook Ads Manager and connected advertising tools.
- Strong analytical ability with careful attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Compensation and Work Details
Salary is competitive and will be based on the candidate’s experience. This is a full-time on-site position in Surat, Gujarat, and the expected start is immediate.
