About the Role
We are seeking an experienced developer specialized in Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC) to join our team. This role requires deep technical knowledge in PCC development, configuration, and systems integration within banking and financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions using PowerCurve Collections platform.
- Design and implement effective collection strategies and workflows tailored to business requirements.
- Create and maintain business rules, decision logic, and treatment paths within the PCC system.
- Perform necessary system enhancements and customizations to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage API integrations with third-party systems, including REST and SOAP services.
- Collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to ensure seamless implementations.
- Support testing phases, deployment activities, and resolve production issues promptly.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in Experian PowerCurve Collections development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of collections domain and debt management processes.
- Proficiency in Java programming, SQL queries, and API handling.
- Experience configuring workflows and rule engines.
- Technical expertise in systems integration involving RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Good knowledge of banking processes related to collections.
Additional Preferred Experience
- Background working in banking or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) projects.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- 4 to 8 years of overall experience, including relevant PCC exposure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Eligibility & Conditions
Applicants must have at least 4 years of professional experience. Candidates with a Computer Science Engineering background are preferred. The position is open to residents of India and is fully remote.
Compensation and Offers
The annual salary range offered for this role is ₹1,200,000 to ₹1,800,000. Job offer will be extended upon selection.
