About the Role

We are seeking an obsessive and driven Executive Headhunter who thrives on finding outstanding leaders and changing industries. This position requires a strong investigative mindset, relentless research skills, and the ability to engage senior executives through effective cold calling. You will be responsible for generating targeted candidate shortlists by digging deep into digital resources, all while receiving comprehensive training, coaching, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensively researching candidates online with excellent detective skills
• Contacting senior executives cold and persuading them to engage
• Converting loose client briefs into focused candidate lists
• Participating in coaching, training, and performance feedback to accelerate development

What This Role Does Not Entail

• Waiting for warm introductions before making calls
• Masking cold calls as strategic engagements
• Spending extensive time on PowerPoint training before starting

Location

This role is based onsite at Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull, UK, near Gymshark’s headquarters.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from A325,000 to A335,000, with the higher figure reserved for existing Executive Headhunters
• Professional training valued at A312,000 per year
