Overview
Tiaki Wai, a trusted water services provider for the Wellington region, seeks a seasoned Executive Assistant to deliver comprehensive support to two senior leaders: the Chief Customer Officer and the Chief Finance Officer. This pivotal role, located at the Petone Office in Wellington, demands high-level administrative expertise to help these executives meet their goals effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative assistance including managing diaries and handling correspondence for two Chief Officers.
- Proactively organize meetings, prepare agendas, arrange travel logistics, and coordinate events.
- Develop, update, and maintain office procedures, documentation systems, and reporting tools.
- Support the planning and implementation of organizational projects.
- Establish and nurture cooperative relationships within the Executive Assistant network, external partners, and broader organization.

Additional Information
- This is a part-time onsite position based in Petone, Wellington.
- Working hours total 40 per week, traditionally a full-time schedule (note the job type states part-time).
- Remuneration ranges from NZD 74,325 to 104,929 annually inclusive of KiwiSaver, dependent on skills and experience.
