Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional liaison between the executive team and internal/external parties, handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
  • Support the adoption of efficient workflows and best practice business processes.
  • Play an active role in business transformation and operational improvement efforts.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Reports directly to the CEO.
  • Works closely with the COO and senior leadership team.
  • Collaborates regularly with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Investment, and other key business functions.
  • Builds effective working relationships with external consultants, legal advisors, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in business or executive operations, project management, or strategy roles.
