Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal expert on exchange mechanics including back and lay bets, order book management, matching systems, and commission structures.
• Continuously monitor market liquidity and support its enhancement by identifying gaps and potential opportunities across various sports and markets.
• Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to refine market setups, pricing displays, and trading functionalities.
• Assist in attracting and retaining specialist and professional punters to enhance user engagement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market activities, matched betting volumes, and liquidity trends to inform operational strategies.
• Provide specialized exchange knowledge to aid content creation, educational materials, and marketing campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• Proven practical experience with betting exchanges either as a trader, operator, or an advanced user.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, odds, and margin calculations.
• Comprehensive understanding of liquidity behaviors and principles of market making.
