  • Conduct final quality inspections on event days to maintain CAPIC’s quality standards.
  • Partner with the Events Manager and Marketing & Communications teams to drive event marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for event information requests.
  • Oversee registration system maintenance, monitor participant data, and reconcile records.
  • Track event budgets, monitoring expenses and revenue streams.
  • Lead post-event activities, including follow-up communications and survey distribution to participants and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at increasing event attendance and revenue.
  • Analyze event performance to identify improvements and provide feedback for future planning.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications and Skills
