Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Evening Supervisor to join our team at Centra in Naas, County Kildare. This full-time role involves managing and inspiring the store team to ensure smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

• Coordinate with day management and supervisors to implement layout changes accurately.
• Ensure high standards in stock rotation, product merchandising, and shelf presentation.
• Contribute to employee induction, training, and ongoing development.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with store policies.
• Adopt and support new initiatives and innovative working methods.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting, capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Capability to organize work, delegate tasks, and provide support to team members.
