Key Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate, and support a software engineering and testing team, including setting goals, managing performance, and planning career development.
• Offer technical advice and help resolve obstacles faced by team members.
• Develop and improve embedded Linux software using C++, along with web applications built on Angular and TypeScript.
• Manage task allocation and monitoring to optimize individual time utilization according to each person's needs.
• Commit to ongoing personal and team development.
• Work collaboratively across multiple CTCT locations worldwide to enhance software development procedures continuously.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficiency in one or more disciplines: C++ or web development.
• Track record of leading projects through to successful completion.
• Ability to operate independently and handle projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment spanning multiple time zones.
• Strong skills in analysis and decision making.
• Significant experience as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams is advantageous.

Additional Information

• The position requires full-time onsite presence, five days a week.
