Key Responsibilities
- Guide, motivate, and support a software engineering and testing team, including setting goals, managing performance, and planning career development.
- Offer technical advice and help resolve obstacles faced by team members.
- Develop and improve embedded Linux software using C++, along with web applications built on Angular and TypeScript.
- Manage task allocation and monitoring to optimize individual time utilization according to each person's needs.
- Commit to ongoing personal and team development.
- Work collaboratively across multiple CTCT locations worldwide to enhance software development procedures continuously.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in one or more disciplines: C++ or web development.
- Track record of leading projects through to successful completion.
- Ability to operate independently and handle projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment spanning multiple time zones.
- Strong skills in analysis and decision making.
- Significant experience as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams is advantageous.
Work Environment and Location

Additional Information
- The position requires full-time onsite presence, five days a week.
