Job Overview

We are seeking a Civil Maintenance Engineer to be based in Dubai, UAE. This is a direct hire position requiring a minimum of six years of professional experience. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and be aged 42 or below.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake preventive and corrective civil maintenance work on buildings, particularly in transmission substations, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
Manage civil maintenance tasks ensuring thorough knowledge of building design, specification, and upkeep.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with no less than six years of relevant experience.
Experience working with reputable construction or maintenance companies, focusing on civil building maintenance.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Proficiency in computer applications, preferably SAP, is required.

Additional Information

Applicants must be expatriates and meet the age requirement of under 43 years.
