Ecommerce Manager - Women's Apparel

About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding women's and children's apparel brand based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. Our brand sells products on major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, Meesho, alongside our own website, supported by a dedicated manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marketplace functions such as product listing management, inventory control, pricing strategies, promotions, and order processing.
• Monitor sales performance, returns, and maintain overall account health; generate periodic reports on daily and weekly metrics.
• Lead and coordinate tasks across a small back-office team, ensuring timely completion of delegated work.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for content creation, reporting, and issue resolution with comprehensive training provided.
• Manage catalog and order operations on the company's Shopify-based website.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in written English, including reading and writing skills, is essential.
• Experience range of 1 to 3 years in e-commerce, export merchandising, or back-office operations preferred; exceptional entrants with solid English skills will also be considered.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and quick to adopt new software tools.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.

Additional Information

• Two openings are available for this position.
• The work schedule follows a day shift pattern with Sundays off.
• Compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, plus an annual bonus and potential salary increment.
• Successful candidates will undergo a brief trial task before the final interview phase.
• Growth prospects include performance reviews at 6 months, with potential promotion to Team Lead and salary increase within 3 to 6 months for strong performers.
