Earn Operations and User Growth Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated specialist to plan and implement growth strategies for Earn products. This role involves executing campaigns and communications designed to increase user acquisition, engagement, and overall product expansion. Collaboration with token partners to enhance product offerings and widen ecosystem reach is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and drive growth initiatives including campaigns for Earn products to improve user growth and engagement.
• Identify partnership opportunities with token collaborators to increase the range of product offerings and ecosystem impact.
• Liaise with teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate departments to ensure seamless operation and execution of campaigns.
• Oversee daily performance of Earn products, diagnosing and resolving issues through coordination with stakeholders.
• Work with relevant parties to meet business KPIs and growth goals.
• Analyze marketing campaign data, user behavior insights, and feedback to assess and enhance initiative effectiveness.
• Assist in VIP and institutional client management and support client onboarding processes for Earn products.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, particularly Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor actions, and new opportunities within Earn and DeFi products.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a similarly relevant discipline.
• Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development; background in crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or internet platforms preferred.
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency Earn products, traditional financial products, decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems, and lending/borrowing frameworks.
• Proven track record working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external strategic partners.
• Strong analytic capabilities with skill in using data and user feedback to influence decisions and optimize results.
• Highly responsible and results-driven mindset focused on meeting KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external token project partners.
• Experience dealing with VIP or institutional clients is advantageous.
• Self-starting attitude, detail-focused, and capable of performing well in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
