Role Overview

The Duty Manager plays a vital role in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure the delivery of seamless and efficient services, enhancing guest satisfaction through careful monitoring of arrivals, departures, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize daily hotel operations to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Improve guest experience by actively overseeing arrival, stay, and departure procedures.
• Supervise and inspire the Front Office team to achieve outstanding performance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings.
• Maintain clear and effective communication across teams regarding hotel operations and updates.
• Carry out emergency procedures following established protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Effectively manage crisis events to reduce impact on safety and operations.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of Rooms and Front Desk processes in hotel or resort settings.
• Experience working with OPMS and similar hotel front office management systems.
• Educational qualifications in hotel management preferred.
• Experience handling emergency and crisis situations is essential.
• Certifications in Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and First Aid are advantageous.
