DocuSign Developer / Senior Developer

About the role

This position is for an experienced DocuSign professional who can design, build, and connect DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions within enterprise environments. The role focuses on improving digital agreement workflows through secure, scalable, and well-integrated technical implementations.

Location and experience

• Work location: PAN India
• Experience required: 3 to 9 years
• Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

Key responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and support DocuSign eSignature and CLM implementations.
• Set up and manage templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and custom workflow logic.
• Connect DocuSign with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, and similar platforms using REST APIs and SDKs.
• Work with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Follow security, compliance, and data privacy requirements in all solution designs.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix issues related to DocuSign features and integrations.
• Create documentation, deliver user guidance, and support internal teams and end users.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical experience working with DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM.
• Strong knowledge of DocuSign APIs, including REST and SOAP, along with SDK usage in Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with authentication methods such as OAuth and JWT.
• Good understanding of document lifecycle management and electronic signature workflows.
• Experience integrating DocuSign with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom-built applications.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications

• DocuSign developer certification is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum delivery practices is preferred.
• Experience with other electronic signature tools will be considered a plus.
