About the Role

Join the House of Dreams at Parfums Christian Dior, where the vision is to become the most desired French luxury beauty brand symbolizing joy and hope. This role is embedded in the Digital Team of the Marketing Department, supporting the eRetail unit responsible for implementing the eTrade strategy across leading UK online retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches on all e-retail platforms to boost sales and elevate the Dior brand with Marketing and Commercial team collaboration.
• Ensure retailer websites display accurate content, banners, assets, and copy compliant with Dior's brand standards.
• Support e-retailer sampling initiatives, gift-with-purchase campaigns, and Dior art of gifting setup and execution, coordinating stock and suppliers for bounce back cards and repacks.
• Monitor product visibility on retailer platforms, analyzing Dior’s and competitors' presence and reporting insights.
• Conduct daily audits confirming alignment with eTrade plans and checking stock availability.
• Prepare weekly competitive intelligence reports and track sales performance, maintaining a key sales report.
• Manage budget-related tasks including raising purchase orders, invoice handling, tracker updates, and coordination with finance and eRetail managers.
• Adapt responsibilities as necessary, aligned with evolving company needs and projects.

Candidate Profile

• Highly organized and analytical with a strong passion for the luxury brand and industry.
• Detail-focused with a keen eye for precision and accuracy.
• Previous experience in e-retail or digital marketing preferred, ideally within a luxury brand.
• Good understanding of the UK retail and beauty market dynamics.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and have legal eligibility to work in the UK.
