About the Role

Join a cutting-edge company focused on shaping the future of connectivity through innovative wearable devices and immersive VR/mixed reality experiences. We are in search of a skilled and motivated Designer who will spearhead the creation, implementation, and upkeep of visual design systems and brand standards across our Wearables portfolio. This position combines expertise in brand artistry with scalable creative solutions targeted at performance and growth marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, sketch, and design with meticulous attention to visual quality, setting standards for all team outputs.
• Create and maintain design guidelines and modular template systems that support consistent, high-volume creative production for digital growth channels.
• Provide art direction and oversight to external agencies, delivering clear guidance to navigate complexity and ensure exceptional creative execution at scale.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Design Leads across various locations and time zones.
• Present creative proposals to senior leadership and brand committees to build alignment and secure approvals.
• Manage multiple brand systems simultaneously, balancing their unique details while fostering brand cohesion.
• Work with Program Managers to ensure timely, organized delivery of design assets.
• Develop and produce creative materials covering the full range from concept to production-ready formats.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years in brand design, either in agency or in-house environments.
• Diverse background in brand identity design, design system development, and template-driven creative initiatives.
• Expertise in graphic design, art direction, typography, and proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience collaborating with and guiding external creative teams.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to incorporate feedback from senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver creative materials at scale across digital marketing channels.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and producing clear creative solutions rapidly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and image generation workflows.
• Familiarity with wearable technology and virtual reality or immersive products.
• Background in marketing hardware products.
• Experience building scalable creative systems for digital performance marketing.
• Additional skills in Figma prototyping, 3D software, and After Effects.
• A forward-thinking approach with knowledge of emerging technologies.

Additional Information

This opportunity offers a contract engagement with quarterly extensions and pays between $70 and $90 per hour. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or otherwise authorized to work within the United States.
