About the Role and Company
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our outbound demand generation efforts aimed at creating top-tier sales opportunities for the enterprise sales division. This position involves crafting and implementing demand generation strategies, directing a team of Demand Generation Specialists, identifying target markets, formulating account outreach plans, and driving qualified CXO-level engagements specifically with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
- Design outreach strategies, cadences, and clear qualification frameworks.
- Set performance metrics, establish coaching regimes, and maintain productivity dashboards.
- Ensure accountability regarding meetings booked, qualified opportunities, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
- Take ownership of pipeline targets and demand generation KPIs.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and enhance strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Track funnel metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline volume, and ROI.
- Construct executive-level dashboards and deliver routine business performance updates.

Technical and Leadership Expertise

- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement tools
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and reporting
- Leadership capabilities in team management, coaching, delegation, and performance oversight
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making abilities
- Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decisions
Required Experience and Profile
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years' experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Revenue Marketing, or Pipeline Generation, preferably within enterprise B2B environments offering premium solutions. A proven track record of generating measurable sales pipelines and revenue impact combined with the ability to manage and scale SDR teams is essential. Knowledge of contemporary demand generation approaches, such as account-based marketing, outbound prospecting, and digital methods, along with hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement systems, is required.
