Role Overview

Join Blinkit as a Delivery Boy responsible for collecting grocery or parcel orders from Blinkit dark stores and delivering them to customers promptly, aiming for delivery times between 10 to 20 minutes. You'll use the Blinkit Partner App to track orders and maintain good performance ratings.

Working Conditions

• This is a field-based position requiring use of a bike or scooter.
• Flexible shifts available including morning, evening, and night hours.
• Both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Compensation

Earnings are per order plus incentives. Average pay per order ranges from ₹20 to ₹35. Monthly income varies widely based on order volume and working hours:

• Normal full-time workers earn between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 per month.
• High performers working longer hours can make ₹40,000 to ₹70,000.
• Heavy workload with incentives can yield ₹80,000 or more monthly.

Payments are a combination of base pay, per order earnings, incentives, and petrol allowance. Income is not fixed as it depends on order availability, demand, working hours, and personal expenses such as fuel.

Example Earnings Calculation

If you complete 30 orders a day at ₹25 per order plus incentives between ₹200 and ₹500, daily earnings can be ₹900 to ₹1200, totaling approximately ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 monthly over 26 working days.

Requirements

• Must own a bike or scooter with a valid driving license.
• Possession of an Android smartphone.
• Valid Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a bank account are necessary.
• Applicant must be 18 years or older.
