Job Overview
The Deli/Bakery Team Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the preparation and availability of high-quality products to customers. This position also involves directly engaging with customers at the service counters while handling merchandise and maintaining food safety standards throughout the work area.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in locating desired products within the deli, bakery, produce, dairy, and meat departments.
- Maintain a consistent supply of top-quality products across multiple food departments.
- Package ready-to-sell items properly and stock display shelves efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food that is ready-to-eat to customers.
- Assist customers with orders such as cakes and deli items, ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep workspaces clean, sanitized, and ready for customer interactions.
