Role Overview
We are seeking a methodical and well-organized Data Coordinator / Database Administrator to support the accuracy, structure, and security of company information. Key Responsibilities
- Keep company databases and records current, accurate, and properly organized.
- Carry out data entry, checking, cleansing, and validation tasks to maintain consistency and correctness.
- Track database performance and help resolve data-related technical issues.
- Prepare regular reports and assist internal teams with information and analysis requests.
- Maintain proper backup routines, storage practices, and overall record management.

Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Foundational understanding of databases and how they are managed.
- Exposure to SQL and database queries is beneficial.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Capability to handle substantial data volumes efficiently.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of platforms such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle is an added advantage.
- Experience in data entry, database support, or administrative work is helpful but not mandatory.
