Key Responsibilities

Create, develop and sustain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using current visualization tools.
Examine operational, sales, recruitment, and financial data to reveal trends, uncover opportunities, and generate performance insights.
Construct scalable reporting architectures, data models, and KPIs supportive of organizational growth.
Ensure data accuracy and uphold integrity across various platforms and business sectors.
Design cloud-based workflows and automation systems to simplify reporting duties and decrease manual tasks.
Utilize AI tools to enhance reporting processes, automate workflows, and support data-centric initiatives.
Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting primarily using SQL.
Manage API integration between business applications and resolve connectivity issues.
Document technical workflows, reporting procedures, and analytics strategies to maintain consistency and expandability.
Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to advance reporting functionalities and operational effectiveness continuously.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of five years professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Expertise in SQL and Python programming for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets functionalities.
Experience in building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other similar BI tools.
Knowledge of cloud-based data workflows, REST API integrations, and data synchronization.
Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude to boost efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Understanding of automation frameworks, process optimization, and business workflow improvements.
Background in supporting business operations with comprehensive data analyses and performance reporting.
Preferred educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical fields.
Possess a sharp analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and capability to work autonomously in dynamic settings.
