- Create and deploy PLG automation tools that translate product interaction data into opportunity classification, expansion indicators, and customer success manager workflows.
- Collaborate with GTM Engineers applying GenAI and machine learning methods for use cases such as feature adoption detection from web data, transactions forecasting, and ideal customer profile scoring for add-ons.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and carry out ad-hoc analysis supporting multiple Product Managers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in product data analysis and working closely with Product Management in a SaaS context.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience using cloud-based BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.

- Proven ability to convert complex and ambiguous product questions into precise analytical projects that drive actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting findings to product teams and executive stakeholders.
