Data Analysis / BI Expert (e-Invoicing Analytics)

Role overview

We are looking for a senior Data Analysis / BI professional to own business intelligence design, reporting, and analytics for an AI & Data Analytics function in Doha. The main focus of the position is e-invoicing analytics, with responsibility for giving leadership clear visibility into invoice movement, onboarding progress, compliance measures, and overall ecosystem performance.

This role is ideal for a seasoned subject matter expert who can connect complex data environments with executive decision-making. You will create practical visual analytics, develop advanced dashboards, and work closely with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to translate predictive and AI-driven outputs into easy-to-use BI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale enterprise BI solutions and reporting frameworks aligned with business needs.
• Define and standardize KPIs for e-invoicing, compliance tracking, and operational performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualization tools that monitor live ecosystem metrics such as registrations, onboarding pace, invoice counts, and processing success.
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML specialists to incorporate model outputs and predictive insights into BI layers.
• Produce urgent, ad-hoc reports and dashboards for management, policy, and regulatory needs while ensuring the data comes from validated sources and approved definitions.
• Review reporting outputs for readability, usefulness, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Guide internal and external stakeholders so they can understand and make effective use of reporting and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Professional certifications in BI or data-related areas will be an added advantage.
• At least 16 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, enterprise data analysis, or corporate reporting.
• Strong background in designing reporting systems and delivering high-value dashboards for large-scale operations.
• Expert-level ability in BI solution architecture, advanced visualization, and dashboard development.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot reporting gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical executives.
• Comfort working collaboratively across data, AI, and BI teams.

This is a full-time onsite position in Doha, Qatar. The role is part of the AI & Data Analytics section and is targeted at executive/expert-level professionals with 16+ years of experience.
