Job Overview

This is an hourly contract position for a Cybersecurity Specialist working remotely with a duration of approximately two months. The role involves analyzing and assessing content to identify security vulnerabilities and threat patterns.

Responsibilities

Examine and evaluate content for potential security risks and threat signatures.
Design, resolve, and validate complex cybersecurity challenges that have practical applications.
Assist in enhancing model reasoning with respect to security threats and attack methods.
Collaborate asynchronously with a team of experts specializing in systems programming and cybersecurity.
Participate in security research-related classification and evaluation workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proficient experience with low-level programming languages such as C, C++, or Java.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including web security and common attack vectors.
Knowledge of vulnerability classification systems like OWASP or Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).
High attention to detail combined with strong pattern recognition skills.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in English.
Willingness and ability to successfully undergo an enhanced background check.
