About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional assistance to customers for order-related queries and issues. The role involves direct interaction with customers to resolve problems and ensure smooth order delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their orders promptly and courteously.
Assist customers with processes including returns, exchanges, and replacements.
Support customers by providing accurate information and updates about their order delivery status.
Make outbound calls to customers to facilitate and simplify order-related procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.

Additional Information

This position is based onsite within the Delhi-NCR region and offers a monthly salary ranging from 14000 to 15000 INR.
