Role Overview

We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding support for a top consumer electronics brand. This remote position involves assisting customers using multiple communication channels.

Key Duties

Providing help through phone calls, emails, and chat about product details, troubleshooting, order status, and complaint resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Recording all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Working with colleagues to improve understanding of product features and updates.
Keeping up to date on new trends and releases in the electronics industry.

Candidate Profile

Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally within the electronics sector.
Strong communication skills paired with effective problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
