Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This permanent full-time position is based in Petone, Wellington and offers a hybrid work arrangement. As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR), you will play a key role in fostering revenue growth and enhancing customer value through proactive sales, commercial insight, and exceptional customer service. You will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, optimizing product availability, and nurturing strong customer relationships to promote retention and sustainable growth.

Collaborating closely with customers, field sales teams, and internal departments, the CSR integrates sales expertise with operational efficiency to achieve business goals, meet performance targets, and contribute towards the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound customer communications to align with sales and service targets.
• Recognize and act on opportunities to enhance customer value through tailored product recommendations, expanding product range, and other sales initiatives.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to support their satisfaction and ongoing business.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and provide timely resolution of queries and issues.
• Work in partnership with sales teams and internal stakeholders to meet customer needs and commercial objectives.
• Consistently meet performance standards, service levels, and compliance requirements.
