Role Overview
As the first point of contact at our salon, you will greet clients warmly and coordinate with service consultants to provide timely assistance. You will work in close collaboration with the centre manager to schedule client appointments efficiently and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate service consultant.
- Coordinate with the centre manager to organize client appointment dates.
- Reach out to clients to schedule, remind, and confirm their appointments.
- Support payment processing for client services.
- Compile daily collections and perform other straightforward administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a pleasant personality with strong verbal communication skills over the phone.
- Availability and willingness to work hours typical of retail settings in shopping malls.
