Wuerth Industrial Services India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive based in Pune to efficiently manage sales orders and provide excellent customer support in an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sales order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring customers receive their products promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries by phone or email, resolving issues, and supplying detailed product information.
- Collaborate with internal departments like production planning to facilitate smooth order execution and reduce potential delays.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions by utilizing CRM software.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in an industrial or comparable sector.
- Proficient in using SAP SD module to manage and process sales orders effectively.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain management concepts to support efficient order taking and processing.
