About The Opportunity

• Serve as the initial contact point for customers and providers via telephone.
• Respond to inbound inquiries with understanding and provide clear, precise guidance on next steps.
• Acquire knowledge of processes through structured training combined with practical on-the-job coaching.
• Operate efficiently across multiple software systems within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Support and uphold a constructive and encouraging team atmosphere.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A customer-focused attitude with skill in relating to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Emotional resilience and empathy when assisting people facing difficult situations.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Approaches tasks with calmness, flexibility, and initiative.

Employment Details

• Temporary role aimed at gaining valuable experience in customer service.
• Work hours scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM.
• No shifts on weekends or late at night.
• Comprehensive training accompanied by continuous support.
• Work within a supportive team environment located in central Dunedin.
