Role Overview
This position seeks an engaging individual capable of handling financial transactions accurately and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will identify customer needs, suggest appropriate banking products, and contribute to a positive banking relationship.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to established procedures and regulations.
- Assess customer needs to recommend tailored solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Address and resolve customer issues using standard approaches, escalating when necessary.
- Meet assigned goals by effectively promoting banking products and completing tasks efficiently.
- Establish personal connections with customers, clearly communicating banking options and processes.
- Foster a respectful, diverse, and inclusive team environment by supporting colleagues and engaging in personal development.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding daily activities and status updates.
- Improve operational processes by delivering quality customer experiences and recommending enhancements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification is a High School diploma; 1 or more years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an advantage.
- Strong skills in administration, organization, planning, and time management in fast-paced settings.
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and calmly with diverse customers.
