Customer Communications Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional in customer communications technology to join our team. The role involves leading technological advancements in customer communication within sectors such as Banking, Homes, Insurance, and Investments, ensuring the solutions meet the communication needs of our clients' customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proven expertise in customer communications and spearhead technological improvements in this domain.
• Utilize deep knowledge of relevant sectors to tailor communication technology solutions that address specific industry requirements.
• Maintain a customer-centered focus to ensure communication technologies consistently fulfill customer expectations.
• Apply analytical and data-driven problem-solving to overcome complex challenges in alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Manage relationships effectively between business and technology stakeholders to drive optimal customer outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and integrators to handle intricate technical dependencies both upstream and downstream.
• Employ hands-on experience with customer communications tools, including document composition, post composition, archiving solutions, content management systems, and orchestration workflows (ADF).

Required Expertise

• At least three years of experience working with customer communications technologies such as Precisely DOC1, EngageOne Stack, FIS CSF Stack, or comparable alternatives like OpenText and Quotient.

Additional Preferences

• Knowledge of page-based media formats including AFP and PDF.
• Familiarity with web technologies and digital frameworks for enhanced communication delivery.
