Role Responsibilities

• Consistently prioritize customer satisfaction and consider their needs in all duties.
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver service with pride.
• Ensure that customers have continuous access to products and services.
• Handle merchandise carefully to maintain its quality until it reaches the customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the shop floor and storage areas.
• Adhere to departmental routines and procedures as taught during training.
• Comply with all company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Support colleagues by assisting in other departments when required beyond your main responsibilities.
