About the Role

The Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Central team covers areas including Galashiels, Stow, Lauder, Earlston, and Melrose. This is a Band 5 Staff Nurse position within Primary and Community Services offering 30 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027.

We seek a dedicated and flexible registered nurse who is passionate about providing high quality, person-centered care in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills and be capable of working independently within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Deliver excellent nursing care focused on patient needs
• Operate autonomously while managing workload efficiently
• Utilize relevant IT systems competently as part of daily duties
• Possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle, as travel will be necessary
• Ability to work family-friendly hours, Monday to Friday, spread throughout the week
• Previous nursing experience is preferred but full training will be provided
