Role Summary

The foundation is looking for an innovative CSR Manager with expertise in education and a comprehensive understanding of AI and emerging learning technologies. This position involves integrating EdTech in educational initiatives and forging strong partnerships with senior stakeholders in corporate CSR and philanthropic sectors.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with top-level executives, CSR directors, high-net-worth individuals, and foundation leaders to secure sustainable funding and strategic sponsorships.
• Align Nisarg's technologically advanced educational projects with corporate CSR strategies and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives.
• Craft compelling proposals, grant submissions, and presentation materials emphasizing AI and digital innovations in education.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable tech-enabled education programs targeting underserved populations.
• Design and implement focused fundraising strategies to support flagship education programs.
• Maintain exemplary donor communication, impact reporting, and relationship management to foster ongoing support and multi-year engagements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members by setting clear goals and encouraging collaborative achievement.
• Commit to substantial travel to meet with corporate partners, public sector units, and project sites.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Development Studies, Communications, Social Work, or related disciplines; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Between three and five years' experience in CSR, fundraising, sales, or business development with confirmed effectiveness in education and livelihood domains.
• Established expertise in education sector, specifically AI applications, digital learning platforms, and tech-enhanced educational methodologies.
• Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and secure large-scale CSR collaborations with senior corporate and individual donors.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams to high performance.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex AI and educational concepts into persuasive CSR presentations.

Additional Information

Reports To: CEO

Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid work arrangement with primarily onsite presence in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Travel: Frequent travel is necessary for engagement with stakeholders and field activities.
