Job Responsibilities

• Produce and fabricate conveyor belts and related components.
• Install various conveyor belts, including lightweight and heavyweight applications.
• Join belts through hot vulcanizing, cold bonding, and fastening techniques.
• Perform rubber lining and rubber fabrication tasks.
• Repair and service conveyor belts and assist with onsite jobs as necessary.
• Ensure quality control for manufactured products.
• Precisely measure and cut conveyor belts and hoses.
• Manage incoming goods inspection and dispatch processes.
• Operate machinery such as Vulcanizing Press Machines, High Frequency Welding Machines, and Teflon Belt Machines regularly.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with strong verbal communication.
• Reliability and a team-player mindset.
• Willingness to travel beyond regular territories to support field teams.
• Availability for after-hours shifts and callouts.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to follow procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Physically fit to fulfill role demands.
