DLC Management Corp. is seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to assist in expanding their talent pool across various divisions. This temporary role focuses on sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates for multiple corporate and operational functions such as Accounting, Property Management, Construction Management, Asset Management, Leasing, Marketing, and Legal within commercial real estate.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for positions within Renovo's construction projects and corporate operations portfolio.
- Utilize diverse channels like job portals, social networks, referrals, and direct contacts to identify and connect with qualified construction industry professionals.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments through screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles and suggestions to hiring managers for informed selection.
- Arrange interviews and ensure constant communication with candidates during the hiring phases.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key and repetitive roles in construction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Between 5 to 7 years of recruiting experience, ideally within commercial real estate.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and develop ongoing talent pools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Experience managing large-scale recruitment drives in dynamic, expanding businesses.
Engagement Details
- Contractor or freelance status.
- Flexible work timing tailored to hiring demands, approximately 20 hours per week preferred.
- Compensation includes an hourly wage plus commissions based on successful hires.
