Content Writer / Copywriter

Role Overview

This position is for a part-time Content Writer / Copywriter based in Singapore, combining onsite presence with some flexibility for remote work. The main duties involve creating, editing, and refining various web-based content that reflects the committee's initiatives at the confluence of Nuclear Medicine and Artificial Intelligence. Regular activities include researching pertinent topics, composing precise and clear articles, posts, and official communications, ensuring alignment with the committee's goals and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

The writer will partner with volunteers and experts to convert specialized scientific and technological information into language accessible to a broad audience, maintaining professionalism and neutrality. Additional responsibilities include proofreading existing documents for clarity and uniformity and updating materials to enhance reader engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability to write compelling and accurate web content tailored for digital platforms.
• Experience in strategizing content by organizing and prioritizing themes related to Nuclear Medicine and AI.
• Strong research skills to collect and verify facts from diverse scientific, technical, and policy documents.
• Meticulous proofreading capabilities focusing on grammar, style consistency, and tone.
• A bachelor's degree or related experience in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or similar fields; knowledge of healthcare, medical imaging, or AI is beneficial.
• Capability to express complex ideas simply and inclusively, supporting gender-neutral and non-discriminatory communication.
• Excellent organizational skills to balance part-time work within a hybrid onsite/remote model located in Singapore.
• Adaptability to a volunteer-led environment and receptiveness to feedback from international contributors.
