Role overview
This position is for a Content Creator focused on social media, working on-site in London, with the team based in Mayfair five days a week. The employer is a rapidly expanding luxury hospitality group with a portfolio of high-end restaurants, bars, and lifestyle venues. The role sits within the in-house marketing team and is centered on producing eye-catching photo and video content for social-first channels such as Instagram and TikTok.
The opportunity is ideal for a creative storyteller who can translate brand identity into engaging digital content, support multiple premium brands, and contribute to marketing activity in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, shoot, and edit photo and video assets for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social platforms.
- Produce social-first content across several premium brands, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Come up with fresh creative ideas to support campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling.
- Track new social media trends, platform changes, and evolving content formats.
- Work with the broader marketing team to deliver content plans and social calendars.
- Lead talent, staff, and collaborators during content shoots to capture polished, authentic visuals.
- Make sure all content matches each brand’s visual style and creative standards.
About you
- You have at least 2 years of experience producing content for luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
- You can show a strong portfolio of social-first creative work.
- You understand current Instagram and TikTok trends and what performs well on each platform.
- You are comfortable editing in CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- You have a strong sense of framing, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- You bring energy, initiative, and original ideas to your work.
- You can juggle several projects at once in a busy, deadline-driven setting.
- You are genuinely interested in social media, content production, and luxury experiences.
