Job Summary

The Construction Project Manager will lead and oversee construction projects ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications, completion within budget and schedule, and upholding safety standards. This role includes maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute projects in strict compliance with approved drawings and specifications to fulfill client requirements.
• Proactively clarify unclear or missing information with the Client's Consultant to avoid project delays.
• Guide the project team to meet deadlines and budget limitations.
• Organize and allocate adequate workspace for subcontractors to minimize idle time and delays.
• Work closely with the site safety team to ensure zero accidents on site.
• Accurately document additional work and liaise with headquarters Quantity Surveyors for variation orders.
• Exhibit ownership by managing resources efficiently and performing duties with dedication.
• Uphold the company's professionalism by fostering positive client relations.
• Ensure smooth and clear communication across all staff.
• Carry out other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Holder of a Master’s or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Singapore's local construction industry.
