Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-focused, self-driven Compliance Coordinator to join Ensemble’s remote team, preferably located in the Eastern or Central time zones. This role offers an exceptional entry to mid-level opportunity to develop a career in operations, legal assistance, and corporate compliance in a supportive and expanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and manage business license compliance requirements for various state and local jurisdictions.
- Prepare, submit, and track business licenses, permits, and corporate entity maintenance filings diligently.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring punctual filings and demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
- Maintain and regularly update internal databases that track compliance and corporate filings.
- Coordinate with registration agents, local authorities, and state agencies to facilitate registration processes and resolve any application hurdles.
- Contribute to designing scalable compliance workflows to accommodate growth in the company portfolio.
Qualifications
- At least two years in office administration, personal or executive assistant roles, bookkeeping, or similar clerical/administrative functions.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to grow within a fast-scaling company.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude.
- Proven capabilities in project management and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency in computer skills, notably Excel.
Preferred Experience
- Interest or background in performing arts or arts education.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience managing compliance across multiple states.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time remote position offering an expected annual salary between $45,000 and $55,000, with variation based on location, skills, experience, and education.
