About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Compliance Administrator to become part of a prominent professional services company based in Dublin. This position involves supporting the risk management, compliance efforts, and client onboarding operations within a dynamic and cooperative working environment.

Main Duties
- Conduct conflict of interest checks and oversee client onboarding and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance processes
- Help with regulatory filings and keep updated records in the undertakings register
- Examine and update client files from prior engagements, ensuring all documentation is correct and complete
- Provide assistance in billing, time tracking, and various administrative duties
- Support training programs for administrative personnel and ensure accurate record-keeping
Candidate Profile
- Previous background in risk management, compliance, or legal administrative roles
- Familiarity with AML policies and client due diligence requirements
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and legal case management software
