Collection/Recovery Executive

About the Role

Sai Prefix India Private Limited is seeking motivated and target-focused Collection Telecallers to join their teams located in Subhash Nagar and Hauz Khas, New Delhi. The primary goal is to engage with customers regarding overdue payments, ensuring timely recovery while maintaining amicable relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers about pending payments and overdue accounts.
• Consistently follow up via phone calls and approved communication methods.
• Negotiate payment plans to facilitate prompt repayments.
• Keep detailed records of all customer contacts and collection efforts.
• Address and professionally resolve any payment-related inquiries from customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly collection and recovery goals.
• Regularly update collection statuses within company databases and reports.
• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to a Team Leader for further action.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills combined with persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in negotiation and handling customer interactions effectively.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Excel.
• Capability to perform well in a target-oriented work environment.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and professional behavior at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should be graduates or undergraduates.
• At least six months’ experience in collection, recovery, BPO, telecalling, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Candidates without experience but with strong communication skills may also be considered.
