Job Overview
Interactive Solutions India Private Limited is seeking responsible individuals for the role of Collection Executive/Officer based in Delhi-NCR. The position involves managing customer interactions to recover overdue payments effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to customers with outstanding dues.
- Remind and encourage customers to clear their pending payments promptly.
- Negotiate and finalize payment arrangements and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update payment statuses in the company system.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for collections.
- Refer challenging cases to senior team members for resolution.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 12000 to 33000 INR based on performance and experience.
