Role Summary

The Club Fitting Manager will lead and motivate a dedicated team, ensuring clear communication and club fitting excellence. This position requires a firm leadership presence to meet and exceed goals and performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Fitting Team to achieve high performance.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain a full club fitting calendar.
• Set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and plan efficiently to deliver quality outcomes.
• Provide personalized product recommendations to golfers based on their skills and talents.
• Engage individually with each client to offer outstanding service, enhancing sales through tailored solutions that improve performance.
• Coordinate team efforts to support other departments such as Operations, Sales, and Distribution Center during off-season periods.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively while also collaborating hands-on with team members to uphold top-tier customer service.
• Contribute proactively by accomplishing critical tasks and objectives as required.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience and a Club Fitting Certification.
• Required: Strong communication skills, engaging personality, and results-driven mindset.
• Competency with computers and ease with learning new software or web-based tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to thoroughness and accuracy.

Physical Demands

• Extended periods of standing, walking, and bending are typical.
• Must be capable of lifting weights up to 40 pounds as required.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week with possible overtime during busy seasons.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from $66,000 to $96,000 annually, depending on prior experience and qualifications.
