  • Collaborate with project teams to organize, track, and facilitate the routing of clinical trial documentation to the Trial Master File (TMF).
  • Maintain and regularly update contact lists, project training records, and various trackers; generate reports from these tracking tools as needed.
  • Attend internal audits when requested and assist in completing Corrective and Preventative Action Plans.
  • Carry out any other duties related to the specific clinical trial activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, or possess relevant clinical research experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
  • Prior experience in administrative roles, ideally within an international clinical research environment.
  • Capable of multitasking, planning effectively, and functioning well within dynamic team settings.
